Us-Vibra Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Us-Vibra TDS-400 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Us-Vibra TDS-400 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TDS-400 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our TDS-400 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fluke parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vacon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the 11670 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80K4080K40382846 manufactured by Fluke and we are pleased to be able to service most Fluke systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DIT1BHT2EQ by Manufacturer Vacon as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Uv-cure-Controller Brand DPM200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vacon such as PC00487 equipment made by Vacon have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 120L by Vac and PC00487 spares by Vacon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M851301 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Valmet.
